The Young Wynners is a student landscape art prize we began at NERAM in 2024 to coincide with our showing of the AGNSW Wynne Prize 2023 touring exhibition. The Wynne Prize is Australia’s oldest art prize and showcases the best landscape paintings and figure sculptures created by Australian artists.
The Young Wynners gives us an opportunity to display the artistic talent in our area and celebrate our up and coming artists. For our first year of running this competition we had over 90 entries from across the region within four different age categories.
