Thursday Studio Group

Celebrating 40 years of NERAM’s community engagement, this exhibition highlights the dedication and passion for artmaking in the New England. The Thursday Studio Group had its genesis more than a decade ago at Armidale TAFE under the tutelage of esteemed artist Ross Laurie. When he moved to NERAM to teach in 2013, many of his students followed. For the last several years the group has continued under its own steam, and encourages experimentation and play within a supportive environment.
