$102 – $112This workshop is about spending two days totally focused on the exciting possibilities of using coloured pencil, not as a quick sketch, but as a formal medium for finished work. Subtle textures and layering will be explained and the tools and papers used to achieve different effects. Art work by Jan Clark is included in the Illustrating Armidale exhibition showing at NERAM between 3 February and 12March 2023.
This is a 2-day workshop open to all skill levels for anyone 16yrs and over.

Cost | Friends of NERAM/Culture Club Members – $102, General – $112
Materials | BYO – please bring along any coloured pencils, paper, erasers and sharpeners that you already have. A couple of small pointed Taklon brushes, size 2 and or 4 would be good.
Also, bring images you like so we can discuss your specific interest using coloured pencil. The second day is an opportunity to apply these techniques to an image of your choice.
Extra materials and mediums will be available to try, these are included in the cost of the workshop.
