Family Stargazing

To celebrate the exhibition, Experimenta Life Forms, NERAM invites families to bring a picnic dinner and rug-up for an evening under the stars!
UNE and Northern Tablelands Society (UNENTAS) will be hosting the event, providing telescopes and answering any questions you may have about astronomy.
From 5.30pm families can enjoy their picnic on the grass next to the Six Counties restaurant with stargazing by UNENTAS running from 6pm-7pm.
Cost: We ask for a gold coin donation to UNENTAS on the night.
What to bring?
– Dinner for your family (thermos, food and drinks)
– Picnic Rug
– Coats, beanies, gloves
– A blanket
– Binoculars (if you have them)
*Please note, NERAM & Six Counties will not be open during this time, families are asked to walk around the building to grass next to the cafe courtyard area. Please take any rubbish you have with you when you leave.
