Function Pricing

Your function can be held in any of our six gallery spaces and audio-visual theatre - bookings will be made in relation to our Exhibition Schedule.

A full range of catering options are available for you when you host a function at NERAM. We can put together catering for finger food and canapes right through to premium three course meal. For pricing and details please ring for further information.

Please note: Room hire is on a minimum 2 hour basis

Mazda Foundation Theatre: Venue Hire - $50 per hour for Commercial/Private use* - $25 per hour for Community use**	The Packsaddle Artist Studio: Venue Hire - $25 per hour for Commercial/Private use - $15 per hour for Community use
The Richard Lalor Harris Gallery: Venue Hire -$50 per hour for Commercial/Private use - $40 per hour for Community use	The Café: Please contact the Café directly on 6771 4425 or 6778 4024 (a.h.)
East/West Galleries: Venue Hire - $60 per hour for Commercial/Private use - $50 per hour for Community use

A Custodial fee applies in each case where food and beverage is available or if held outside NERAM's regular opening hours. Setup fee of $60 may apply depending on the type of function and space being hired.

VENUE HIRE PRICING POLICY – FEE CLASSICATIONS

*COMMERCIAL/PRIVATE
Commercial Private Hirers are defined as those where the income from the hirer’s activities are dispersed to an individual, individuals or a
commercial company. Individuals who wish to hire NERAM for a private function are classified as Commercial/Private clients. Examples include
business meetings, receptions.

**COMMUNITY
Community hirers are those where the income from the hirer’s activities are dispersed to an individual, individuals or as group. Customers pay fees directly to the hirer or entity for activities or education classes. The activity has a clear community benefit. It includes not-for-profit arts organisations. Education groups wishing to hire Packsaddle Artist Studio may be eligible for further discounts. Please discuss your requirements with the Operations Manager.

Corporate Members receive a 15% discount for business functions as part of their Membership.

Financial Members receive a 5% discount for private functions as part of their Membership.
